Nope. We have day passes available for non-members and members alike - $30/day for non-members, and $20/day for members. You can purchase via cash, credit, or check at our front desk, no reservation necessary.
Our 1st and 2nd floor coworking spaces are composed of first-come, first-serve desk space. When you come in to work, just locate a desk that doesn't have anything on it and set up your workstation! If you need a change of scenery halfway through the day, feel free to move to another spot, switch floors, try one of our standing desks or a smaller phone room.
Of course! We have fourteen members-only, private and always free meeting spaces throughout the space, all available first-come, first-serve. You can also reserve them first thing in the morning before an afternoon meeting by writing your name in the appropriate slot on the glass. We also have five conference rooms that are automatically reservable online for an hourly fee; there is no extra charge for bringing in clients/guests for a one to two hour meeting.
Please feel free to take phone calls at your desk while you are here. We do ask for you to respect those around you; if you need to raise your voice, or just need some privacy, please step into the hallway or a phone booth.

Our Full-Time, Complete, and Fixed Desk members have 24/7 access to our space with their keycard. All other members can access Impact Hub via the entrance at 220 2nd Ave S that is open from 8 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday. Learn more about our different membership options on our Membership page.
Nope! All of our basic membership packages are month-to-month, no deposit fee required. Please email Billing at firstname.lastname@example.org for any changes to your membership.
We also love bicyclists! Members who bike have access to a secure storage locker, with a fully stocked bicycle maintenance kit, hangers, and showers with towel service, in the basement of our building.
Yes, but please make sure to keep your dogs leashed and lounging next to you; disruptive or unfriendly dogs will be asked to leave.
